Welcome to the Savoir On Central wine & education club now hosting memberships and classes at The Spiral Staircase! This first months theme is Oktoberfest where we will discover the stories behind the best wines of Germany & Austria! You will learn more about their world class wines and the heart of where they come from in addition you will discover what you sips and styles you love most!

This sommelier-guided tasting class will highlight the rich traditions and diverse terroirs of this months theme – Germany and Austria. Guests will enjoy a curated flight of wines, each paired with a light bite that complements the elegance of the glass.
