Led by Professor Sharon, this guided tasting will explore the unique terroir, native varietals, and refined winemaking traditions that make Alto Adige one of Italy’s hidden gems.
Guests will enjoy a curated flight of 5 wines, each thoughtfully paired with a light bite designed to enhance the flavors in the glass. An additional glass will be served upon arrival.
