Champalou Vouvray Sec, from the Loire Valley, is a white wine made from Chenin Blanc grapes grown in clay and limestone soils. Known for its elegant and tender style, it offers aromas of green apple, citrus, peach, and floral notes. The palate is refreshing with a balance of stony minerality and honeyed fruit, and it undergoes 11 months of lees aging in stainless steel.
