Domaine de la Combe, Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie is a dry white wine from the Loire, produced from the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety. Aged on its lees, it gains in complexity and texture. It has a pale yellow color with green highlights, with aromas of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), pear, melon, mineral and marine notes. Aging on lees brings more buttery notes and ripe fruit (pear, melon), enriching the bouquet. Fresh and lively attack on the palate, with beautiful acidity and a distinctive minerality. The texture is round and balanced. The finish is saline and persistent, with notes of citrus zest.
