Limus Cape Jaffa Semillon is a biodynamic wine with aromas of honeycomb and Granny Smith apple, and citrus flavors. Produced by Cape Jaffa Wines, a family-owned winery in the Limestone Coast of South Australia, known for their rich Terra Rossa soil over a shallow limestone basin. The wine is direct pressed and fermented entirely in tank.
