Description

Mandirola’s Derthona Timorasso is a white wine from Piedmont, Italy, made from 100% Timorasso grapes grown on clay and grey limestone. It features a medium-intensity straw yellow color, with an intense bouquet of fruit and flowers. The palate is smooth, elegant, and mineral, with hints of mature plum and toasted almond. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, and refinement on fine lees for at least 12 months in concrete barrels.
