A Sparkling Rose from Limoux (Languedoc-Roussillon) France, with a beautiful soft pink hue. Subtle cherry and raspberry on the nose leading to bright red fruit, lemon and citrus zest on the palate with a nutty almond finish. The rolling bubbles are elegant, delicate, and along with the nice acid in the wine, help in elevating the flavor. Made from the Coere de presse – best of the pressed juice; Aged a minimum of 12-months; Medivol believers in Biodynamic and organic wine making.
