Pierre Arnold’s ‘Droit Comme un I’ Pinot Noir is a light-bodied, shimmery red wine from Alsace, made from 40-year-old Pinot Noir vines. It ferments for fifteen days in stainless steel and ages for 18 months in used Burgundy barrels, offering delicate spice and lifted acidity with notes of wild strawberries and raspberries.
