Bedrock ‘Ode to Lulu’ California Rosé

Bedrock’s “Ode to Lulu” is a California rosé made predominantly from old-vine Mourvèdre, with smaller percentages of Syrah and Grenache. It is a tribute to Lulu Peyraud of Domaine Tempier, a winery known for high-quality Mourvèdre-based rosés in Bandol, France. 

The wine is often praised for its freshness and aromatic complexity, which includes notes of peach, pink grapefruit, and savory herbs. Recent vintages, like the 2024, are noted to be rich and expressive, with gentle acidity. It is considered a versatile, high-value, dry rosé that can be enjoyed upon release or aged. Sourced from centenarian vineyards in Contra Costa and Sonoma counties, fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel.
