Bergström’s ‘La Spirale’ Ribbon Ridge Pinot Noir is an elegant red from Oregon’s Willamette Valley, known for its marine sedimentary soils. Expect fresh forest air, wet granite, blueberries, and demerara sugar, with notes of raspberry, strawberry, rose petal, and forest floor. It offers a structured palate with suave tannins and mouthwatering acidity, promising longevity. The vineyard, planted in 2005, is named for “the vortex,” a symbol of natural formative forces.
