Description
The Bernabeleva, ‘Camino de Navaherreros’ Blanco, Vinos de Madrid is a well-regarded, balanced white wine known for its crisp acidity and complex notes of stone fruit, citrus, and minerality. A field blend primarily of Albillo Real (over 50%) and Macabeo, with smaller amounts of Muscat à Petits Grains, Garnacha Blanca, and Malvar.
- Aromas: Delicate and fresh, with notes of white peach, apricot, honeysuckle, and a distinct hint of flinty minerality and wild herbs.
- Palate: It offers a silky yet lively texture with flavors of tangy lemon, juicy pineapple, and green almond, leading to a persistent finish with hints of fennel and wet stone.
- Aging: The wine is aged for nine months in neutral oak barrels, adding a layer of complexity and depth without overwhelming the fruit and mineral character.
