J. de Villebois Pouilly-Fumé

J. de Villebois Pouilly-Fumé is a dry white wine from the Loire Valley of France made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, known for its crisp acidity, minerality, and “smoky” (fumé) notes. Pale yellow color with gleaming highlights. Its nose is refined and expressive, with aromas of green citrus, blackcurrant bud, sansho pepper, exotic spices, and characteristic flint or smoky notes. The palate provides fresh, full, and mouth-watering, featuring vibrant green citrus, orange blossom, mandarin, lime, fresh-cut grass, iodine and flint in a well-composed and balance structure. The finish is long with a lingering, pleasant bitterness. It is also available as a Kosher wine.
