Maison Pierre Sparr, established in 1680, is a highly regarded Alsatian producer. Their Gewurztraminer is a beautifully aromatic wine, offering an “aromatic fireworks display” with notes of rose, passion fruit, and mango. The palate is expressive and complex, revealing exotic aromas and delicate floral notes, with a good balance of roundness and a fresh, digestible finish. Grapes are hand-harvested from carefully selected plots in the Alsatian vineyard.
